Steps:
Preheat the Oven:

- Stir in the honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and dried thyme.

5. Bake the Chicken:
- Return the seared chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side up, coating them with the lemon honey mixture.
- Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken thighs are cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
6. Garnish and Serve:
- Remove the skillet from the oven.
- Garnish the Lemon Honey Chicken Thighs with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
- Serve the chicken thighs hot, drizzling them with the lemon honey sauce from the skillet.
Note: You can adjust the quantity of honey and lemon juice according to your taste preferences. If you like it sweeter, add more honey; if you prefer it tangier, add more lemon juice.
