Steps:
- Pulse pitted dates in a food processor until they're in small pieces and forms a giant ball.
- Add oats, chocolate, chia seeds and peanut butter and pulse until combined. (Be careful not to over-process it, small pieces are fine!)
- Using your hands, roll them into 1-inch balls.
- Pop them in the fridge for 15 minutes or you can dig right in and enjoy your quick, easy and deliciously healthy snack!
