Steps:
  1. In a shallow bowl or dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, honey, and a pinch of salt until well combined. This will be your French toast batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a little butter or cooking oil to coat the surface.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated evenly. Allow the bread to soak for a few seconds on each side, but don't let it become too soggy.
  4. Place the soaked bread slices on the heated skillet or griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Adjust the heat if needed to prevent burning.
  5. As you cook the French toast slices, you can keep them warm in a low oven (around 200°F or 95°C) on a baking sheet.
  6. Once all the French toast slices are cooked, serve them warm. You can drizzle them with additional honey, maple syrup, or sprinkle with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
  7. Top the French toast with fresh berries, if desired, to add a burst of color and freshness.
  8. Enjoy your delicious Vanilla Honey French Toast!

Note: Feel free to get creative with your toppings. You can also add a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a dusting of cocoa powder for extra flavor.

This recipe is perfect for a leisurely weekend breakfast or brunch. The combination of vanilla and honey adds a delightful touch to the classic French toast.
