Suggested preparation:

Combine 1 part oats and 2 to 4 parts water or milk in a pot. Bring to boil over medium heat. Stir to prevent bottom from burning. Stir often for a thicker, paste-like consistency and stir less for a thinner watery consistency. Cook for approx 10 mins or until desired consistency. 

Flavour with toppings like honey, chia seeds, fruit, mixed nuts and a pinch of salt.

Storage: Keep in a dry cool environment, once opened, consume steadily. For longer storage, keep it in the refrigerator.
